Welcome to cubicle.town ("cubicle", "Starfish", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website located at https://cubicle.town (the "Site"), the cubicle command-line tool and its plugins (the "Software"), and any related services, applications, or features offered by Starfish Software LLC (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our Services.
The software
The cubicle Software is open source, released under the MIT License. Your use of the source code is governed by that license; these Terms govern the Site and any hosted services we may offer. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the MIT License with respect to the source code, the MIT License controls.
The Software runs on your own machine and observes coding-agent sessions you choose to run through it. You are responsible for how you use it, including compliance with the terms of any third-party coding agent you run it with.
Use of services
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By accessing or using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
Intellectual property
The content, features, and functionality of the Site are owned by Starfish Software and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws, except where a component's open-source license provides otherwise. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Site's content without our prior written consent.
Prohibited activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities in connection with our Services:
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations;
- Impersonating any person or entity;
- Interfering with or disrupting the operation of our Services;
- Uploading or transmitting viruses or other harmful code.
